Justin is a highly passionate, compassionate and goal oriented individual who possesses the capacity to coach clients on how to improve stability, strength and power to maximize their ability to lose weight, maintain physic, or advance athletically. He specializes in corrective exercise, weight loss, group training and kettlebell training and uses these to design customized training programs that are scientifically proven to get results.
Justin is from Grand Rapids, MI, lived in Portland, OR for 4 years and has lived in Denver since January of 2008. He loves snowboarding, softball, camping, hiking, mountain biking and soaking in the hot springs!
